Inbound Sales Representative SaaS & Streaming Services (Remote)
Our client is a global online TV streaming and SaaS platform offering seamless access to hundreds of live channels spanning news, sports, entertainment, and moreall through a simple, intuitive interface. With no hardware, contracts, or hassle, we make live TV and digital streaming tools available anywhere, anytime, on any device.
We are seeking a motivated and personable Inbound Sales Representative with a passion for SaaS and streaming technology to join our remote team. In this role, youll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, resellers, and partners who are interested in subscribing to our service or integrating our SaaS platform into their entertainment ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via chat, email, phone, and contact forms from individual users, resellers, and potential SaaS partners.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable subscription packages, SaaS tools/features, or partnership options.

Guide users through the signup, SaaS onboarding, and account setup processes.

Provide detailed information on pricing, channel offerings, SaaS functionalities, and supported devices.

Follow up with trial users and sales leads to drive conversions, reduce churn, and identify long-term SaaS adoption opportunities.

Promote upsell opportunities including premium plans, value-added SaaS features, or reseller benefits.

Accurately update and maintain CRM records, ensuring all communications and deal stages are properly logged.

Work closely with the support and technical teams to resolve customer queries, particularly regarding SaaS integrations or account usage.

Share customer feedback and insights to inform SaaS product development, marketing messaging, and onboarding workflows.
Requirements:

1+ year of experience in inbound sales, customer service, or SaaS/subscription-based sales.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

Tech-savvy, with the ability to explain both streaming services and SaaS tools across multiple devices/platforms.

Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive.

A proactive, persuasive approach with excellent relationship-building skills.

Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely across global time zones.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in IPTV, OTT, SaaS, or digital media sales.

Background in remote sales within a globally distributed team.

Familiarity with online payment systems, SaaS billing models, and digital onboarding processes.
