As a Sales Development Specialist on the Sales Development team, your goal will be to conduct conversations—both by phone and via social media—that introduce potential customers to the Booksy world and lead to scheduling product demos with the sales team. You'll collaborate with passionate team members, implement important projects, and have a real impact on our users and business results.

Your tasks:

• Active contact with potential clients via telephone and social media (cold leads)
• Maintaining a company Facebook account
• Presenting our app and actively encouraging potential customers to test it
• Searching for new distribution channels
• Daily cooperation with the sales department
• Responding to customer inquiries
• Contacting existing Booksy customers to offer and upsell additional features and services

Apply if you have:

• Experience in customer service or sales
• Good computer skills
• Ease of establishing contacts
• Proactivity - a natural desire and ability to create new solutions
• Independence and determination in action
• Willingness to learn and interest in modern technologies
• Communicative knowledge of English (preferred)
