As a Bilingual Quality Assurance Analyst at TELUS Health, you'll spend your days ensuring the quality and reliability of our health technology solutions within an Agile development environment. You'll analyze requirements, design test scenarios, execute comprehensive testing procedures, and collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve issues.

Working in a bilingual environment, you'll contribute to the full software testing lifecycle, from initial test planning through defect resolution, while supporting the delivery of critical applications that thousands of users across North America.

What You'll Do

  • Identify high-level test scenarios and develop comprehensive test cases within Agile sprints
  • Execute manual test scripts with precision and attention to detail
  • Report defects and follow up on resolution to ensure quality standards
  • Carry out all QA-related tasks according to defined standards and procedures
  • Deliver testing activities in a timely manner while maintaining quality excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile ceremonies on stable, long-term projects that impact healthcare technology

What You Bring

This is a remote position with the option for in-person attendance in a TELUS Health office, if available in your area.
