The Associate Solutions Consultant's primary responsibility is to provide enterprise solution application implementation services and support during project design, build, test, and training phases based on Everbridge’s innovative PSIM software platform, Control Center.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and maintain extensive working knowledge of Everbridge’s solutions and capabilities. 
  • Become an authority in all aspects of the design, build, integration, test, quality control (QC), commission, and deployment of Control Center-based solutions. 
  • Create detailed design documentation for customer submission, review, and approval. 
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the setup, configuration, and operation of 3rd party sub-system edge devices (closed-circuit television (CCTV)/Access Control/Intruder Alarm, etc.) and their integration with Everbridge solutions. 
  • Produce detailed functional and operational customer requirements specifications based on site visits, requests for information (RFI), requests for proposal (RFP), and other commercial and technical documentation. 
  • Conduct in-depth product and solution demonstrations when required. 
  • Operate as an ambassador for the company and always present a professional, tactful, diplomatic presence when interacting with end-user customers, reseller partners, and third-party system and equipment manufacturers. 
 
External: 
  • Perform installation and configuration tasks to deliver Everbridge’s solutions at end-user and reseller partner customer locations. 
  • Become proficient in training end-user customers and reseller partners in all aspects of Everbridge’s solutions. 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with end-user customers, reseller partners, and system and equipment manufacturers. 
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and seminars as requested. 
 
Internal: 
  • Ensure a high degree of consistency and that quality is adhered to across all product deployments to meet agreed-upon Statements of Work (SoW)/Functional Design Specifications (FDS) for a given project. 
  • Ensure detailed documentation is maintained throughout each project to ensure a smooth handover to Customer Support once the project is completed. 
  • Provide the Product and Development teams with constructive feedback and intelligence to enhance the company’s solutions and commissioning capability. 
  • Participate in factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), and user acceptance tests (UAT). 
  • Provide onsite and remote 3rd-tier technical support as requested by Customer Support. 

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software-related technical degree or equivalent experience. 
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation and communication skills; the ability to interpret written requirements and technical specification documents. 
  • Experience with installing, implementing, testing, and training end users on a high-level application suite like Document Management, Fleet Management, electronic point of sale (EPOS), or enterprise resource planning (ERP). 
  • Demonstrable experience configuring personal computers (PCs) and servers and troubleshooting the Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems. 
  • Basic knowledge of database architectures and methodologies, ideally Microsoft SQL Server, and the ability to manipulate data effectively and efficiently using SQL object-oriented (OO) Concepts and rationale. 
  • Working knowledge of the latest Windows Server and Desktop versions. 
  • Proven track record and experience in networking principles and the Internet Protocol (IP). 
  • Foundational understanding of virtual machine (VM) environments and Microsoft Clustering. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to travel and work away from the office, sometimes extensively. The main area of travel is North America. 
  • Ability to obtain relevant security clearance for working on classified projects.

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Everbridge ranges from $67,000 - $90,000 and may also include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
