We're looking for a Support Representative to join our team and assist in meeting our customers' needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer service-oriented mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide and advise users through multiple channels, offering personalized and effective solutions.
  • Quickly identify issues and guide users to quick resolutions.
  • Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and follow-up actions taken.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the organization to provide solutions.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and provide feedback to management.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Customer service mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools (Zendesk, Jira, Slack, etc.).
  • Own notebook/computer.
  • Stable internet connection with at least 25mb.
  • Passion for helping and facing challenges in a positive way.
