We’re on the hunt for a Junior Project Manager.

We take Brave Ideas to market - and as a Junior Project Manager, you’ll be right at the heart of making that happen.

You’ll play an integral role in our Delivery team, keeping projects and retainers running smoothly, while supporting Client Services in building strong, trusted client relationships.

This is more than an entry-level role - it’s a launchpad. You’ll get coaching, mentorship, and the space to grow into a confident project leader, with real autonomy to take ownership of your work.

We’re looking for curiosity, attention to detail, and the drive to learn fast. You’re organised, proactive, and solution-focused. You communicate clearly and confidently, thrive in collaboration, and are motivated by contributing to work that shapes brands, products, and experiences that make a real difference.

Project Management

  • Manage end-to-end projects and maintain client retainers
  • Stay organised and proactive — manage tasks, requirements, and priorities across multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with energy - work closely with internal teams, clients, and third parties to keep projects moving toward their goals.
  • Own delivery basics - support projects end-to-end: plan resources, create timing plans, and coordinate the team to ensure work runs on time and within budget.
  • Track progress and risks -monitor project status, flagging delays or issues early to senior team members.
  • Support commercial awareness - track project budgets and retainer spend, escalating risks promptly to Client Partners.
  • Keep communication clear - schedule calls with clear agendas, capture concise meeting notes, and share timely action points with owners.
  • Maintain visibility - prepare weekly status reports to track progress, manage dependencies, and keep everyone aligned.
  • Show up prepared - join team meetings ready to report on your projects, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.

Account Management

  • Support and grow our clients through exceptional service
  • Build trusted partnerships — develop strong, confident day-to-day relationships with clients through clear, consistent communication.
  • Listen and translate — capture client requirements and turn them into concise briefs with clear objectives and deliverables.
  • Know the business — develop a deep understanding of each client and their industry to inform our teams and spark proactive ideas.
  • Craft great presentations — create client-ready decks with precision and attention to detail, gathering team input where needed.
  • Ensure fit-for-purpose proposals — review contracts and proposals to make sure they deliver on client needs and expectations.
  • Spot opportunities — identify ways to improve or evolve existing projects for stronger outcomes against the brief.
  • Think strategically — consider client priorities and business goals to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Support account growth — assist the Client Services Director with account planning, reporting, and presentations.
  • Deepen partnerships — explore ways to strengthen relationships through events, initiatives, and improved ways of working.

Team Support

  • Support our Delivery team and wider agency operations
  • Keep projects organised — update internal tools and documentation to ensure accurate, up-to-date information for the team.
  • Support client delivery — proofread and polish client-facing documentation in collaboration with Project Managers and Client Partners.
  • Learn by doing — assist the Content Lead in uploading and organising content within client CMS platforms, building hands-on digital experience.

Five values that underpin everything we do

  • Be Brave - Take chances, try new things. Growth comes from stepping outside your comfort zone. Nothing can substitute new experiences.
  • Take Ownership - Be a pro. Act like a champion. Own your domain. Not almost. All the way. Not most of the time. All of the time.
  • Team First - Talent wins games, but teamwork wins championships. Respect the team. Treat colleagues fairly. Build friendships. Disagree honestly. Share ideas candidly. We’ll only achieve our mission as a team.
  • Craft Everything - Every detail matters. Quality comes from care, skill, and the pursuit of something better than “good enough.”
  • Passion over apathy - One person with passion outshines forty who are merely interested. What we do is challenging, but passion turns challenge into progress. Bring energy, even when it’s hard, and use it to inspire and lift others.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong communication skills — excellent written and spoken English, with confidence in client and team interactions.
  • Organisational ability — comfortable managing tasks, scheduling meetings, and keeping projects on track.
  • Digital fluency — confident using Zoom and Teams; bonus if you have experience with collaboration tools such as Figma or Miro.
  • Foundations for growth — industry experience isn’t essential, but communication and organisation are. You may be studying for, or have recently completed, a degree (or equivalent) in project management or a related field.
