About the Role
We’re looking for a Junior Ads Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience running paid ads who wants to grow into a full client-facing account manager. You’ll support campaign execution, monitor performance, and assist with client communication — all while learning the skills to eventually own accounts end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Setup & Management

  • Assist in building and launching campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, and/or Meta.
  • Upload creatives, configure targeting, and implement tracking.
  • Monitor daily budgets, pacing, and key performance metrics.

Optimization & Execution

  • Support A/B testing, negative keyword management, bid adjustments, and ad rotations.
  • Pause underperforming ads and flag opportunities for improvement.
  • Follow agency SOPs and implement changes directed by senior account managers.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Pull and update weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Highlight trends, anomalies, and potential issues to senior managers.
  • Maintain dashboards and ensure data accuracy.

Client Support

  • Join client meetings as a listener/assistant and gradually take on communication responsibilities.
  • Draft client updates and status reports for senior review.
  • Ensure client requests are logged and executed on time.

Quality Assurance

  • Double-check ad copy, URLs, and conversion tracking for accuracy.
  • Review campaigns to ensure alignment with best practices and agency standards.

Learning & Development

  • Stay up-to-date with platform updates and industry trends.
  • Shadow senior account managers to understand account strategy and client management.
  • Document learnings and contribute to improving agency SOPs.

What Success Looks Like

  • Campaigns launched on time, error-free, and following best practices.
  • Budgets and pacing monitored daily, with issues flagged early.
  • Accurate, timely, and easy-to-interpret reporting.
  • Clear, professional client communication with increasing independence.
  • Progression to a confident, client-facing Account Manager within 12–18 months.
  • 1–2 years of experience running PPC campaigns (Google Ads/YouTube preferred, Meta a plus).
  • Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable learning quickly and taking feedback.
  • Experience with reporting tools (Google Sheets, Looker Studio, etc.) is a plus.
  • Competitive compensation: $2,000 USD/month.
