Join us now and you’ll be part of a small, ambitious team making a big impact – shaping a brand loved across the UK and beyond.

What we’re looking for

This is an entry-level role, designed for someone at the start of their career who has the right mindset: detail-driven, commercially curious, and keen to learn how ecommerce businesses really grow.

We launch around 80 new products every month, run regular promotions, and trade across multiple partner sites. To keep up, we need someone who sees every product launch or promo as a chance to drive sales – and who’s excited to learn how to trade a fast-moving online shopfront.

You don’t need experience in site merchandising yet – but you do need:

  • A sharp eye for detail (errors cost money in ecommerce, so you’ll need a “right first time” mentality).
  • A love of problem-solving – when things break, you’ll dive in to fix them.
  • Confidence working with data and spreadsheets (if you’ve dabbled with Excel formulas like VLOOKUP or SUMIF at uni, even better).
  • Curiosity about ecommerce: how products are sold online, what makes a good customer journey, and how promotions drive results.
  • Hunger to learn, take ownership, and grow fast in a commercial role.

We’ll train you in the rest – from our systems and tools to our ways of working – and give you the responsibility to make an impact quickly.

What you'll learn and own

Product launches: help get 80+ new products live each month, including setting up data sheets, uploading assets, categorising items, and checking everything works flawlessly.

Promotions & markdowns: support the setup and execution of promotions and discounts so they land on time and deliver impact.

Shopfront optimisation: keep navigation and categories sharp, push bestsellers, spotlight new products, and help clear stock.

Partner product setup: learn how to launch products on sites like John Lewis and Next, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Trading agility: work closely with trading and marketing teams to react quickly to commercial priorities.

What success looks like

  • Products launched on time and error-free.
  • Promotions executed without glitches.
  • A shopfront that feels fresh, relevant, and drives sales.
  • Growing confidence in using data, systems, and tools to make commercial decisions.

We’re a lean team of 25 – upbeat, ambitious, collaborative. If you relish responsibility and like to see the impact of your work quickly, this is your place. We’ve made flexible working permanent. You’ll work remotely most of the time, with monthly team workshops in London for collaboration and learning.
